Lice Buster has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Returned product will be subject to a restocking fee and return shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened/sealed, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization number will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect the order upon receiving your item/s and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.   

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Lice Buster does not accept returns for products that have been opened or are not in their original packaging.  

Returns will not be accepted for the following items due to hygiene standards:  Wet Brush, Tail Comb, Hair Clips, Detangle Comb.
