At Lice Buster, we stand behind our work and offer a 30-Day Lice-Free Guarantee, provided the following steps are followed:

• All members of the household must be checked during the visit, and anyone found with lice must be fully treated using our strand-by-strand process. (A completed treatment consists of our thorough strand-by-strand process on all family members found to

Aftercare is a critical part of the process and must be completed as follows:

• Individuals who were treated must be combed daily for 7 days using a professional nit comb
  
• Household members with no signs of lice should be combed 2–3 times during that same 7-day period
  
• All recommended products must be used as directed
• A recheck must be completed within 7 days of the initial treatment
  
• Any recommended follow-up appointments must be completed with Lice Buster
  

Staying in Touch

• You’ll need to stay in communication with us during the aftercare period
  
• At minimum, we require a check-in at 48 hours and again at 4 days after your appointment
  

All instructions provided by your technician and our office should be followed closely to ensure the process is fully completed and to reduce the risk of lice returning.

This guarantee applies only to the original infestation treated by Lice Buster. It does not cover new cases of lice picked up after treatment.
