Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping destinations: We ship both locally and within Canada and United States. Shipping times: Local orders take 1-3 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1 business days. International orders take 3-5 business days to be delivered via Carrier X, Carrier Z, Carrier N or Carrier M and we ship within same X business days. Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. Shipping cost: Orders over $75.00 will have free shipping. Orders under $75.00 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via E-Transfer, Credit Cards, Google Pay, Shop Pay & PayPal. Cash on Delivery is available in Milton and Cambridge only.
Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than Canadian dollars.

Lice Buster has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returned product will be subject to a restocking fee and return shipping charges will not be reimbursed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened/sealed, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@licebuster.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization number will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@licebuster.ca. Damages and issues Please inspect the order upon receiving your item/s and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue. Exceptions / non-returnable items Lice Buster does not accept returns for products that have been opened or are not in their original packaging. Returns will not be accepted for the following items due to hygiene standards: Wet Bush, Tail Comb, Hair Clips, Detangle Comb, Terminator Nit Comb, and Terminator Pro Nit Comb. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 1 business day of your order being placed. Delivery may take 1-3 business days.
